Privacy Policy
Last updated September 24, 2026
Elevate Media (“we,” “us”) is a creative production company based in Orange County, California. This policy explains what information we collect through elevatemediaoc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send a project inquiry or request a callback, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, company (optional), project description, and, for callbacks, your phone number. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
Information collected automatically
We count page visits and a few interactions (such as opening a film or sending an inquiry). Each record contains only the event type, the page, and the time. It contains no name, email, IP address, or device identifier. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we skip this counting entirely if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site:
- Our website hosting and infrastructure providers, which store inquiries and serve the site.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers new inquiries to our email inbox.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Third-party links
Some portfolio pieces link to films hosted elsewhere, such as Dropbox. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond, work on your project, and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. California residents may also request details about the categories of information we collect and how it is used, and will not be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@elevatemediaoc.com.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, but no website or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date above.
